If you're looking for a company to remodel your shower with no hassle, great customer service and a crew that is thoughtful, friendly, professional and who will walk you through each and every step from start to completion, then West Shore Home is who you're looking for. I've had experiences with quite a few contractors of which most were good, but West Shore Home surpassed them all. From my initial appointment with the wonderful Sicily Holmes to the shaking of hands on a job of excellent proportions, compliments of Ayoub M., Alo and Jorge, and to have a beautiful, functional shower is more than I could have asked for. In addition, I had a rodent issue that wasn't discovered until the renovation started. The process was delayed until the issue could be resolved by wildlife professionals. During this very discouraging and frightening time (I'm petrified of mice), West Shore team member Ayoub was so comforting and understanding; told me what to do and reassured me that all would be well. Before I knew it, the problem was solved and West Shore was back the very next day. I know this is a long review, but West Shore Home is so deserving. I can't wait to decorate!Thank you so much West Shore for a great experience and a job well done!

Ayoub Mossadaq was very friendly and concerned. Ayoub was the third service man, on 11/10/23 he came out to fix the errors and mistakes that was done by Ayoposi Fanibe on 8/29/23. On 10/23/23, Reginald Green came out but was not aware of the extend of the job and didn't have the materials to fix the mistakes. I was very disappointed with how long it took to finish the remodeling of my shower as a professional job. It was supposed to be a 24 hr service of remodeling that took almost 3mths to complete. The service doesn't add up to the total cost of $14K I paid for this service. This is very concerning for the company policies and advertising of the product and services.

Anthony, Macon & Nate with West Shore Home were professional, courteous and finished the shower demo & install in one day. We would definitely recommendWest Shore Home to take care of any bathroom remodel needs for customers.

Had 1 shower installed and 1 bathtub converted into a walk- in shower. Was already skeptical about the 1=2 day installation process but my wife wanted it done ASAP. Long story short, 1 day turned into 2 months because we had to keep calling them back to re-do the rushed job. The workers' initial corking job was about 1/2 wide (who does that) and they installed the draining on the guest bathroom uneven. My daughter took a shower for 2 days and that's when I noticed water circles on my garage ceiling. Tried to get compensation for the 2 months of inconvenience but they wanted me to sign some ridiculous document to get $500 off of a $20,000 job. No way. Now the master shower is leaking into my entertainment room. Waiting to see if they'll even respond quickly.

Josh,Stephen and Robin did a great job replacing our old tub with a real nice walk in shower. They worked very hard and in a professional manner. Very satisfied here.

Salesman was thorough, honest, knowledgeable and very cooperative. No pressure sale at all. Installation was phenomenal. Ben and Sid both worked diligently together to get the job done quickly. The design consultant was not truthful We were told we could get plexiglass for the shower doors.
