Mortgage Companies
Interest rate was competitive. They asked a lot of questions that I thought were unnecessary. I just thought it was too much. They asked for my savings and wanted to know how I got that. They wanted 5 years of my statements and I told them they weren't going to get that. I told them I was already vetted thru the Patriot Act. They wanted to know how I knew about that. I have my degrees and my MBA and I run a business. At first they weren't going to give me the mortgage until I told them I was going to another company. We closed on time.
They will inundate you with a lot of necessary questions. I understand it is part of the vetting process but they go above what is necessary.
