I liked them, because they really took good care of me. I am self-employed and I needed a 30 year fixed rate. I didn't have to provide any income documentation and I got a great, low rate. I think they charged me around 1% origination on the loan. I thought it was pretty reasonable.

We've actually been real pleased with our mortgage company and so we could recommend them. Now we have been in this house for fourteen years and they've always done right by us. Everything is always on time and correct and so they seem to be really on the ball and helpful and everything like that.

It did not go well at all. After three months, the hold time on deposits was reduced from 5 to 10 days to 0 to 2 days. Deposits made in October 2006 resulted in a 17 business day hold during which no earnings on investments or deposits. The manager said there was no way anyone could release the holds. The manager at Johnson Ferry and Woodlawn branch accepted two deposits in the last 7 days and removed all holds on accounts while I waited. They moved investment accounts to Citigroup, and there were no holds on deposits and no fees.
