+ -1 moreWe moved into a house managed by WRI. Ever since, it has been a nightmare. Air conditioning broken, not fixed, payments misapplied, mold not removed caused by leaving open holes in the shower. The list goes on. Always answer and say they will take care of it. 8 months later 90% of issues still there. DO NOT Rent from them. Read BBB and all other comments.
