Shazie with Vortex Mechinal provided excellent service. I called Shazie with a referral from a neighbor when my usual service provider gave me an estimate of $491 just for the labor to replace the fan motor. Shazie answered my call right away asked me to take a picture of the label on the A/C unit and arrived the next day with the part. He had it installed in less than an hour and charged $250 for labor since the part was still under warrantee. I saved over $200 with this second opinion and referral from my neighbor, who highly praised Shazie when he did work for them.
