Vintage Cabinets

Poor experience. The said they had a 5-7 day turn-around and it was more like a 4-week turn-around. They were difficult to contact, and manager was snippy. Failed to bring certain parts of the cabinets, finally came back out after 6 months to install the missing parts, and STILL did not have all of the parts! Installers were not fun or easy to work with. However, quality of cabinets is OK, and the cusom range hood was constructed beautifully. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

He said he could get them in 3 or 4 days. He said I would have to give him a check and I could give it over the phone. The accountant called me and I gave them the information to process the charge via check over the phone. They then said they couldn?t get them to me until the 18th, which was 18 days later. He said I don?t have a choice in the matter because I have already paid him and he has the money. I had to cancel my bank account to keep him from cashing my check. He called me back after I canceled the account and said that I still have pay for them. He said I can cancel if I pay a 30% restocking fee.
