+ -1 moreDo know the make and model number befor calling.Give a detailed discription of the problem.
Description of Work: I described the problem with my washing machine.it would not agitate or spin just water in then out. Shawn said he knew what was wrong with the machine.He said service call,labor, and parts would be around $150.00.He showed up on time fixed the washer and charged me $143.00 dollers. He also told me how to prevent this problem from happening again.He didnt try to sell me something I didnt want or need.Would highly recomend.
