This was big job.  It went quickly and as promised.  Just like any large project you have to stay involved to get things how you want them but James is always willing to work with you.
US Home Pro does a great job at an unbeatable price!  We call them first for everything.

What we got was a contractor who walked off the job refusing to do punch, correct bowed siding, correct sloping new floor (wasn't leveled), a high cathedral roof done with 2 x 4 's instead of 2 x 6's, a sinking addition because the footings are in dirt, incomplete and incorrect window capping, misaligned slider windows that line the sunroom, among other things, multiple code violations by independent home inspector. Steer clear of this company. Builder said we didn't need permits, we trusted him; don't. Get everything in writing; this builder doesn't we 'trusted him'. Get permits at least the county would not have allowed the substandard work. We now have to spend 10-20 k to correct the major code violations or our new addition will continue to sink and slope into the dirt, among other things of danger with our roof. Too long to list. Crews didn't show up half the time, builder doesn't call you to tell you beforehand if anyone is showing up. BUYER BEWARE: Don't be fooled as we were.
