Tommy did an outstanding job and saved my project completely. Originally, a friend didn't come through on what she said she could do on her video project for me and caused me to miss my deadline, my 3-yr old daughter's anniversary of her passing date. So, I found Tommy on Angie's List, left him a voicemail and he returned my call promptly. I told him how many pictures I had (roughly over 100), the music and verses I wanted included. I also had an audio CD of a vacation video which held the only audio that we had of my daughter. He did inform me that he had music available if I wanted to use his music but I let him know I already had mine. Since my photos were already on a flash drive, he gave me a discount (versus him having to scan each one of them). He gave me an estimate of roughly $200 over the phone, and informed me that if I wanted to purchase master copies of the DVD, they would be an additional $5.25 a piece (which is why my total was $252.50). We communicated via phone, e-mail and even text messaging which was awesome for me since I'm on-call 24/7 with work and on the road all the time. It took him roughly a week and a half to provide me a draft copy. After going over the draft and the minor corrections, he delivered an amazing piece of work that I will treasure forever. He did say that the job entitled a bit more work than he anticipated, but stuck to his original quote of $200.
