MY 80 YEAR OLD FATHER IS A RETIRED INDUSTRIAL ARTS TEACHER AND A CARPENTER. MY FATHER IS VERY PARTICULAR ABOUT HIS WORK AND HIGHLY ETHICAL. AFTER MANY EXPERIENCES WITH LOUSY CONTRACTORS, I NEVER THOUGHT I'D MEET SOMEONE WITH THE SAME WORK ETHIC, LET ALONE QUALITY. BUT I HAVE. THESE GUY'S WORKED DILIGENTLY AND ALWAYS CALLED ME TO GIVE ME A DAILY UPDATE. IF THEY HAD TO DEVIATE FROM A PLANNED IMPROVEMENT, THEY ALWAYS CALLED FIRST AND DISCUSSED IT TO MAKE SURE I UNDERSTOOD AND WAS OK WITH THE PROPOSED CHANGES. IF THEY COULDN'T COME AND WORK THEY CALLED ME THE DAY BEFORE. AND THEY SHOWED A LOT OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL I WASN'T EXPECTING BUT WAS DELIGHTED WITH - THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MATCH THE ORIGINAL WOODWORK, GOING AS FAR AS CUSTOMIZING IT FOR ME. WHEN THEY ENCOUNTERED PROBLEMS THAT REQUIRED MORE WORK, THEY TYPICALLY ONLY CHARGED FOR MATERIALS, SELDOM FOR THE EXTRA TIME. I WAS ASTOUNDED AND DELIGHTED.
