DO NOT COME HERE FOR GROOMING. I brought one of my Maine Coons in for a wash and shave. I paid over $100 just to have him sedated. Pick up is done in the parking lot so you don't have a chance to examine the groom, so I only noticed the issues when I arrived home. First his nails were clipped (I asked them not to) and they were clipped so low they had bled and my cat walked with a limp for DAYS. How do you cut nails too low when a cat is asleep??? And lastly when I let him out of our crate at home he had rock hard, gray clumps of something in his tail and stuck all over the bottoms of his feet and between his toes. I had to CUT OUT the clumps from his tail and soak his feet to remove whatever this was. This groom totaled $200. I contacted the office manager who said he would not refund me or compensate me for the issues. Smh. I paid all that money to have to clean him up AFTER the groomers. Never again will I go to Town and Country. Learn from my experience, and steer clear.

After moving to GA we searched for a vet for our cats and went through several before finding Town and Country West. It doesn’t matter which of the vets you see there as they are all excellent. (We do favor Dr Maria and Dr Goodman). All the techs and desk staff including the office manager are friendly and helpful. We honestly wouldn’t take our pets anywhere else.

She seemed very and quot;happyand quot; and well taken care of during her visit. Our only complaint is that we always have to wait when we take her in for boarding. She goes in willingly, but the longer we wait the more anxious she becomes. Both times we have had an appointment, so we don't understand why it takes so long for someone to come to the front to get her.

On our last visit we had to have one of our very old cats put down because she had become too infirm to carry on. More than 15 years ago Sue helped us bring this same cat back from the brink of death after we had rescued it. Putting down your beloved pets is something no one looks forward to, but it was done with compassion. In this case we all lost an old friend, but the service was excellent--as usual.

We love this place and the staff and doctors are all wonderful. They also treated our other dog for heartworms with doxycycline and heartgard and in 4 months she was cured. We didn't have to treat her with injections which is confining, expensive and painful. We love this place. We will continue to go there. it's very expensive having 3 dogs, but we know they get the very best care there.

Dr. Eigens took care of our 3 dogs. They are absolutely wonderful.

From the staff up front to the aids and the vets themselves, this place is great. I've been bringing my dogs here for several years and am very happy with them. You can tell that everyone there genuinely cares about the family members that are brought to them. I wouldn't think of bringing my pups anywhere else.

It was more or less a kitten, and it had an issue. On my second visit, I told them that it was losing a lot of weight. We could not say if there was anything specifically wrong with it at that time, but only about a month later it died. I don’t know if I can actually fault them for that. It died due to liver dysfunction. I honestly don’t know that they could have done anything to stop it from dying. The last time I went there, the price was cheap. I would probably use them again in the future, but I don’t have a cat, and it might be a while before I use them.

Everything went very well. They took great interest in my dog's well-being.

They are fantastic and they treat you like family. They are really good with all the animals and know how to handle them. They are more reasonable on prices then most veterinarians that I've checked out.

I was very glad to have found this hospital after purchasing this dog. They were extremely caring and sincere and brought my little puppy back to health within a matter of days. I am now using their services for his regular checkups and shots and recommend them to anyone in need of a great vet.

Jan is very personable and very compassionate. She is caring and sincere. This vet has been wonderful to us and we are totally pleased with the care they give to our dog. It is a professional atmosphere and always goes the extra mile.

We love our vet because they love the pets and are good with them. I have no troubles there at all and the nicest thing is that I trust them with our dog. We have found the prices to be right in there in the range that other vets would fall into. They are just very compassionate. They are good in terms of having a business sense and we're just real pleased with them in general.

My visit at the vet went really well. I have been using Town and Country for like twenty years or so. The doctor there is very good. They also work with stray dogs as well. They do give discounts to senior citizens, policemen, fire men and anyone who does civil service work. They are very reasonable. They have a ton of business and you do have to call to make an appointment of course. They will send out postcards when your dog is due for his shots and stuff too. I also think they have grooming there as well.

The vet that I like there is Dr. Sue. She is great. They also are part of the local rescue group and that is a free service. Dr. Sue never tries to give me things that my dog does not need. Their prices are very reasonable. I have been using them for about 4 years now. They also offer grooming and boarding.
