We contracted with TopStar to do siding replacement and painting of the house exterior. Hector, the project manager, was great to work with. He worked the project schedule around our needs and stayed in constant contact with us before and during the project. Both the siding and painting crews were excellent. There were professional, highly skilled, very hard workers, and maintained a clean worksite. We changed scope in the middle of the project (decided to paint the house's brickwork) and they accommodated that change easily. In fact, the whole project went much faster than we had expected. We will definitely use TopStar if we have another home improvement project.

I hired this company to repair some siding on the back of my home and paint my deck. It was painted a sexy black and it looks so very beautiful. It rained after the application and I saw some water bubbles. I let them know my concern and the painter came back out the next day. By that time most of the bubbles were gone, but he touched up areas that needed touching up. Could not be happier. Quote was extremely fair.

Larissa and Gabriela ware FANTASTIC to work with. They were extremely responsive (including over the weekends) and so respectful with timing. We had an expedited timeline and they were able to get it done even sooner than promised. The pricing was very competitive ( $4k better than both estimates received). Also, they offered to come back to our home multiple times after the initial estimate to make modifications and to spray paint out lines so we could visualize the future color of the deck and the new deck There were no surprises or annoyances in the entire process.

The bottom half of my home was destroyed from busted pipes / water damage. TopStar provided topstar service -from replacing entire ceilings in 3 rooms, walls, flooring throughout the entire bottom level, painting, replaced doors, etc. They were prompt every day and worked deligiently to repair my home. Their attention to detail was outstanding. I am so happy and extremely satisfied with the workmanship and the employees. Those guys were the best! Edwin will always have a place in my heart. He took the time before he left at the completition of his job, to help me move boxes to various rooms so that I could easily unpack and put things back in place. He went above and beyond. Thank you TopStar for providing excellent service and employees. I will be calling on them for all of my housing needs in the future.

Not only did Topstar Renovations remove and replace my siding, they completly remodeled the entire exterior of my home and I couldn't be happier with their work. The showed up on time everyday, and completed the job faster than I could have imagined. They addressed all my questions and helped me select materials and design changes. They removed and replaced the old roof and installed gutters. Removed and replaced the old cedar siding and replaced it with new paintable materials that will last much longer and are much easier to maintain. They also sourced and installed the stone for the bottom half. They even detailed my older window frames to match! Besides the awesome new look, perhaps best part was that they had provided a written estimate which they stuck to. The total cost of the job was well within reason and in fact, much less than I expected.. I highly recommend them for your home projects.
