I don't know about price because I have not been to other places.They are convenient to me.

I had an appointment for a 1 o'clock oil change, I dropped the car off 3 hours early. I didn't get the call until 8 o'clock at night, which is 2 hours past their closing time, that my car wasn't done yet, because there was a problem that they might have to fix. So some guy is already on overtime 2 hours 8 o'clock at night telling me he might have fix something else. I just said finish the job I'll come get my car. I also asked them to do a tire rotation. They did not rotate the tires, as they said they did. And when I got my car back, the oil was dirty, they didn't even change the oil. 

I also had a tire replaced that day, they did a rush job, they didn't rotate the tires and they didn't do the oil change. I don't know what their problem is. It's pointless to have an appointment and then calling me 2 hours after their closing time and telling me there is other service we need to do. NO.

They did the job and fixed my brakes. The time it takes them to do your service needs improvement. It took hours.

The customer service is great there. They give an estimate of time and stick to the time of the service. They could clean that location.

I know them from the area. I have been going to them for about ten years. The staff is always excellent. They take less than an hour to do the job. The shop is very clean and neat. Their competence and good value stands out for me. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

They were very pleasant, prompt, and informational.

The service was good. I was glad to find a good auto repair shop close to home.

They are convenient. They do what they say they are going to do and they don't try to rip you off.

I told the associate at the desk I need them to check if they can do anything with my punctured tire without replacing it because it was still full tread and he informed me that as long as the lodged object was within a certain area of the tire everything should end up okay. The length of time I waited was fairly reasonable due to the large amount of business they receive, but they lifted my van took off the tire and quickly replaced the nail with a rubber type product and it is still in there today with no worries - I was happy with the low cost as well.

This wasn't my first visit to Tires Plus, but it was my most recent. On this occasion, I had 4 news tires installed and a 4-wheel alignment on a Honda CR-V. 
As with previous visits, the work was completed quickly and at a fair price. Never had any problems with the service performed at this location and love the extended hours (they're even open on Sundays).
One thing special they have going for them is their honesty. There have been several occasions where they "could" have sold me something that another shop said needed replacement, but they didn't. They said it wasn't in need of replacement and explained why. So far, they've been right.

They had a good quality service, the tires were fine.

I purchased 4 new tires and had my oil changed. It was fast and easy. They aligned my tires for FREE. You cant beat that. I will definetly use them again.

I was not happy with the work they did on my brakes. They all had to be done over in less than a year. I had another bad experience there with new tires that they didn't balance right. Another thing about them is that they try to get you to buy things that you don't really need.

THEY ACCOMMODATED MY NEEDS WHEN I HAD THEM, AND THEY WERE QUICK IN GETTING THE JOB DONE.
