John was great, the tile install was great as well. He was professional and kept us in the loop throughout the project.

He was fair in price and did what he said in the time frame and price quoted. Hired to replace a poorly installed floor by another company that failed after 1 week with cracked and popping tiles. Would use again for future work.

John is professional and did a great job with the tile repair I needed. It was a relatively small job but he accepted it anyway and made the floor look good as new!

So glad I hired John! I have a small basement bathroom that I renovated. I considered doing the tile work myself, but I knew I needed to hire someone. I found John and had him come to my house to measure for an estimate. He was on time and very professional. He emailed me back with a very detailed estimate that was very reasonably priced. He also included the square footage of tiles I needed to purchase for each part of the bathroom. I liked everything so we hired him. I can't say enough about how happy we are with the finished product! He showed up early every day, and stayed late to get things done. The attention to detail that he put into the job from start to finish was outstanding! I was very impressed with his skill, and his process so I asked a lot of questions. He answered every question I asked him during the job. He walked us through every step of the job, took time to explain what he was doing, and helped us pick out grout colors. Everything came out so clean, neat, straight and level. I would 100% recommend John for your tile job. You will NOT be disappointed.

John is the first contractor I've ever enjoyed working with. He did a replacement of very worn carpet in my office and replaced it with tile. He is very clear on the timing and cost of the work that needs to be completed and picks up the phone whenever I called. My favorite aspect was his attention to detail. He discussed every aspect of the job with me, gave me numerous options for decorative items, and even provided receipts for the materials. The final product looks fantastic - I literally smile every time I come into my office because it looks so classy now. I would highly recommend John, and will call on him for any projects I have in the future.

John was excellent in every step of the process. Responded quickly with a very competitive bid. Easy to communicate with and gave good suggestions about tile options and grout color. He installed 2 backsplashes (kitchen and bar area) and a bathroom floor. He also did repairs on a 20-year-old bathroom floor. All the work exceeded my expectations, especially on an awkward (outside) corner on the kitchen backsplash. He takes pride in his work and was meticulous in the installation and thoroughly cleaned up each day. He was very kind with our 2 big dogs and ensured that we put them in a different room so that they didn't step on any pieces of glass during the glass tile demolition. We are very happy with the results and would HIGHLY recommend John as a tile professional.

Mr. Perry is professional and his workmanship is of the highest quality. He took down old ceramic tile kitchen backsplash and replaced with glass tile. He was very organized and cleaned up after himself each day. Would definitely hire him again for future projects.

John installed a new (and tedious) kitchen backsplash for us. The detail of his work and efficiency surpassed our expectations! He was very responsive, came out short notice to provide an estimate and back the next day to do the work. We will definitely work with John again if the opportunity arises!

I have had work done in the past at my home but I have never had the pleasure of having a PROFESSIONAL like John. He more than met my expectations he SURPASSED "ALL" my expectations. He COMMUNICATED CLEARLY all necessary information, he was PUNCTUAL, VERY NEAT and FRIENDLY. I would recommend John to anyone who has a need for a tile project.

Laminate removal - Tile Replacement - 25sq foot half bath. $400 John came out to pull up some laminate flooring that we had down in the bathroom while we were in the midst of a toilet leak. I had called a plumber who agreed to fix what we thought was a wax seal leak after John replaced the flooring. John found what the actual problem was ( cracked flange) when removing the toilet. I appreciated that he had knowledge about the plubming. John works very neatly, which I apprecaited. He's kind and professional and always asked before doing something or making a change. I have recommended him to all of my nieghbors, and would definately use him again.

John replaced our kitchen backsplash recently. He was very professional, responsive and easy to work with. The end result was beyond our expectation. We will definitely consult John for our next tile project.

I hired John to remodel my upper bath room . He came over quickly to review the scope of work and gave us an estimate of the cost and time needed to complete the project. I would not say that the price he initially quoted was cheap but based on reviews I had read about John we hired him. John is a true craftsman. His attention to detail and quality of work was confirmed when the framless glass company came to measure for the glass. The glass installer who did the measuring said that the work he completed was as nice as any he had ever seen. The alignment was perfect and level on every wall. Based on the completed project John's price was a fair value. You need to know, however, that he is not a general contractor, arranging for all required work (plumbing shower enclosure, etc. You will need to contract separately for those parts of the project) Overall, we highly recommend John for your tile needs.

Excellent attention to detail and preparation from start to finish. He provided an estimate within one hour of our meeting and went to the store with me to assure that we got the correct dye lot and supplies to lay porcelain tile on my patio. Before starting, he spent more than an hour measuring and laying out a grid on my patio to assure that the tile would be perfectly centered. The results are outstanding. Other craftsmen, interior designers, and neighbors who have visited have all commented on the excellent craftsmanship. And the price was very fair and competitive. He also gave me many options and didnâ t try to goad me into spending money on features that I didnâ t really need.

Overall amazing company, professional, and pricing was beyond reasonable.

He is wonderful. He's done repairs and full tiling for me. He's been on-time, showed up, respectful, cleaned up after himself, and his price is more than fair. Unbelievable, true to his word, honest and amazing work .

John Perry is very reliable and reposnible. His work is pristine. Very professional, courteous, and kind. I wouldn't hire anybody else. If I need somebody else I would hire him again in Florida.
