This company was great Very professional.Mike came out to give me an estimate He looked at the area of the house that needed repairing He showed me and explained exactly what they were going to do and how they would do it and supplies he would use. He explained everything and also informed me of the possibility of increased charges from damage to the chimney.that we may not see before removing the old siding. He was very precise on what the different charges might be. Very upfront and honest and everything was put in writing on the contract. Once I received a quote for the work to be done. They were punctual and did a great job. Completed within a two week period. They also cleaned up afterward and removed all trash. This is a family run company and they were very responsive to my questions and needs I was actually able to speak to a person on the phone and not a recording. I would give them 5 stars and would highly recommend their services.

Siding and insulation guys did an amazing job - in and out, cleaned well. Gutters up in a day. No fuss.
But painting seemed to drag and hard to get touch up done. Came with good warranties. Very personable and did keep me informed of everything upfront. But there was the day that the painter decided he would come by, called around 10 ( I did not answer at work) , showed up at 2 ( I wasnt there at work) and he was miffed about it. Need to schedule in advance.

Thermaguard met their deadline. They did not go over budget. They did an outstanding job. We plan on having them paint our house.

The only thing that that happened is they blocked our cars in with the Dumpster. Besides that, they were really good.

This was an insurance job with a homeowner deductable.They showed up Two days early knowing the paperwork to get the insurance companies initial check deposited had not been completed yet required the initial downpayment. Final payment from homeowner portion required prior to completion: the "English Speaker" foreman followed me into my home and stood in my family room until I gave him the final check!The NEW Attic Fan was NOT INSTALLED TO CODE according to electrician we hired to repair (there was a missing grommet). Not Thermaguards responsibility according to Mike and Jason as they are not electricians.

t was a pleasure to work with this company. They checked the deck or the roof under the shingles which I found a lot of companies don't and replaced any boards that were bad rather than roof over them. The price was reasonable and even lower than most other local companies. I would definitely recommend them.

I called at 4:30 trying to find out where they were, spoke to Marilyn, who is the president, she told me that she had called at 2PM and left a voicemail at work. I left at 3PM and knew she had not called. There was a voicemail at 3:30, half an hour before the appointment scheduled. When I confronted her about the fact that she values their time more than mine, she told me she was not interested in my business and that I should call someone else.

"THE MEMBER WAS OFFERED A FREE ESTIMATE FOR HIS ROOF. WHEN WE HAD TO RE-SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT DUE TO RAIN, HE WAS VERY NASTY TO DEAL WITH. HE WOULD NOT ACCEPT THAT THE ONLY NUMBER HE HAD GIVEN US WAS HIS OFFICE. WE LEFT A MESSAGE FOR HIM THERE AS SOON AS THE RAIN STARTED TO RE-SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT, BUT HE WAS OVERLY ANGRY THAT HE DID NOT CHECK HIS VOICE MAIL BEFORE HE LEFT WORK. HE WAS SO FURIOUS WITH US THAT WE DECIDED NOT TO OFFER HIM THE FREE ESTIMATE AFTER ALL. HE IS ONE OF VERY FEW CUSTOMERS WHO WE DO NOT FEEL COULD BE PLEASED, SINCE WE DID NOTHING WRONG AND YET HE WAS BOTH UNREASONABLE, AND SHOWED A STARTLINGLY VOLATILE TEMPER."

All employees were on time and efficient. We are continuing to have some issues that need resolved, but Therma Guard is very easy to work with and is accommodating and willing to rectify all issues.

This is the second time we hired therma guard. They also did our roof and we were very happy with that. The price for the gutters was $1000 less than the other estimates we got. They did quality work and were professional, on time and courteous. Would hire again.

It was a long process, but they warned us that it would be a couple of days. Everything was alright. I am still picking up nails, so I am not sure if the clean up was thorough enough. I can't complain too much though, I think there is only so much they can do as far as getting all of the nails. None of them spoke very good English. We kept looking for the project manager, but no one came to the house to ask for the down payment. The man leading the crew did not ask for the down payment either. They put a tarp over my front hedges and it burned the top of my hedges. The hedges are growing back and they will be fine in the long run. I don't think there is anything we can fault them for because they did put the tarp down to protect them.

THEY PUT MY TRASH INTO THE SUBCONTRACTOR'S DUMPSTER, AND THEY LEFT IT IN THE RAIN IN THE PARKING LOT. WHEN I CALLED THERMAGUARD, THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET IT AND DID NOT SHOW UP FOR EIGHT HOURS. IF THEIR RESPONSIVENESS AT THE END OF THE PROJECT HAD BEEN LIKE THE BEGINNING I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM A PERFECT SCORE.

"THIS CUSTOMER PAID $2,450.00 FOR A COMPLETE NEW ROOF. WE CALLED THE DUMPSTER COMPANY AS SOON AS THE ROOF WAS COMPLETED. THEY REMOVED THE DUMPSTER THE SAME DAY. THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT TOOK THE DUMPSTER COMPANY TO SCHEDULE THE DUMPSTER TO BE PICKED UP WAS REASONABLE. DUMPSTERS ARE DESIGNED TO BE LEFT IN THE RAIN, SO I DON'T UNDERSTAND THE COMPLAINT. IT IS TOO BAD THAT A THING LIKE HOW QUICKLY THE DUMPSTER COMPANY CAME COULD CAUSE AN OTHERWISE PERFECT ROOF SCORE TO BE A D. MOST HOMEOWNERS WOULD NOT AGREE WITH THIS CUSTOMER. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THE QUALITY OF THE ROOF. THIS ROOF LOOKS GREAT, AND HAS NOT LEAKED SINCE THE INSTALLATION. THE CUSTOMER GOT A TWENTY YEAR WARRANTY. SHE GAVE US AN A ON PRICE, RESPONSIVENESS AND PUNCTUALITY ALREADY. IN THE OVERALL SCHEME OF THINGS, A DUMPSTER THAT GETS RAINED ON IS A MINOR POINT."

There was a mix up in getting an estimate, but they were recommended by many neighbors, so I called a second time to make an appointment for an estimate. The estimate itself was in the middle of two other roofing companies. They performed the work on time and under some pretty rough conditions. I was having a party and did not want the dumpster to be in the drive. They removed it on time, as promised. Cleaned up the site pretty well. Overall I was satisfied.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. I OBTAINED 6 ESTIMATES AND THEY WERE AMONG THE MOST REASONABLE. THIS IS A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS THAT PRIDES ITSELF ON QUALITY WORK. A FRIEND WHO HAD THEIR ROOF REPLACED BY THEM THOUGHT THEY WERE EXCELLENT SO I CALLED THEM. I WAS IMPRESSED BY THE ESTIMATOR AND HIS THOROUGH EXPLANATION OF THEIR ROOFING PRODUCTS AS WELL AS A SUGGESTION FOR THE ''DEAD VALLEY'' ISSUE. NOT ONE OTHER COMPANY BROUGHT THAT UP.
