No pushy sells. Very patient salesman. They called half an hour before delivery. Very courteous and quick techs. They took the old mattress. Their prices were very competitive.

The factory where the mattresses are made is on the premises which I liked. The mattress are made especially for you and they can manufacture odd size mattresses. The sales lady Nicole who we worked with was outstanding. They show you all of the different beds in the show room, explain the differences and let you sit or lay on the beds for as long as you like. They deliver and set the bed up for you. The pricing is reasonable but they do not accept returns since the mattress are made for you. We were very happy with the experience.

The purchase experience went very well and they were nice and wonderful to work with.  The mattresses are also of very good quality.

Checked out the major stores and on a lark dropped into the OMF. Couldn't believe the product and price differences. Returned several times to ensure we weren't dreaming. Checked Angie's List and made the purchase. Delivered on time and is the most comfortable mattress we've had in years.

No pressure sale, which is a nice change of pace from other mattress shopping we've done. Loved the first bed we got, so have made all purchases from there since. My favorite is the pillowtop king we have - we put standard queens in the guest bedrooms and guests are always pleased. I won't go anywhere else - the quality is fantastic, the prices are reasonable, the salesmen are nice and the company has a good story.

I thought buying a mattress would be a major hassle. Too many choices and companies to buy from. Once I got here, the process was very easy. I was in and out in under an hour.

This was a very straightforward transaction. The salesman was helpful, the price was acceptable, and the warehouse pick-up was prompt and the crew was experienced in tying mattresses to the top of cars. We arrived home with no problems. The bed in the guest room does not get much use, but the mattress and box-springs have held up just fine so far.
