Ryan and associates did a GREAT job with my bathroom. I had an old jacuzzi tub removed, had them built a new shower where the tub was and put in a built in linen close in where the previous smaller shower stood. They removed and replaced the old tile, removed the previous "builder's mirror" and replaced the mirror and lights. It looks absolutely beautiful and I feel like I am entering a luxury hotel bathroom whenever I walk into it. I would absolutely hire Ryan again for any other projects. The prices were reasonable and the time spend to do quality work was great!!

In late May 2019, we contracted the services of Ryan Thye for the renovation of our master bathroom and a half-bathroom downstairs. We had others come by to bid on this project, but Ryan’s re-design of the master bathroom space and the price quoted were both far competitive to all others. He not only understood what we wanted in the re-design, but he was also very considerate of our needs as a project like this can be disruptive to a household. Ryan’s skills and craftsmanship are excellent, and we are thrilled with the end results in both rooms. He kept us informed all throughout the project, and he worked with us on selecting materials, fixtures, lighting, and even colors. He put down protective sheeting from the front door, up the stairs, and through the hallway and bedroom as there was equipment and materials hauled through the house. He kept the workspaces clean, and he provided plastic barriers to keep our dogs out of the workspaces for the duration of the project. The project was finished on time and on budget, and we highly recommend Ryan to anyone in the market for re-modeling services in their home.

Ryan quickly provided a thoughtful and complete bid for our bathroom project. We ultimatly decided to go with another vendor, who we have worked with before. However, I would have been comfortable picking Ryan. Project: 80 sq ft bathroom remodel, along with some upgrades to two adjoining 150 sq ft bedrooms.

Wonderfully! In every category, this company was head and shoulders above previous ones we’ve used for similar projects. I’ve already contacted them for another job!

Ryan installed our new hardwood floors in our living room, powder room, and laundry room. He also installed new treads on two staircases. Ryan did a fantastic job. Quality of floors was superb. He is also super friendly and trustworthy. Will definitely call Ryan again for future projects.

Ryan was awesome to work with. He is professional and hardworking and also has a laidback personality which made him easy to work with. He helped us plan out a functional design for our very outdated bathroom and gave us hints on how to save a few dollars here and there as well. He was punctual and always left our house clean at the end of a work day. We are so pleased with the quality of the workmanship as well. He installed LOTS of tile, painted, did plumbing and electrical work, and replaced all of the carpet on our stairs and top floor with hardwoods. Nothing compares to the craftsmanship and quality of the custom shower he installed. We highly reccomend Ryan and we will for sure use him again on our next home improvement project.
