Badly.  It will cost me $3200.00 to correct SWAT's incompetency.

At a time earlier, I perceived we were having more bugs that our treatments were addressing. When I contacted Swat about my concerns, they responded quickly and re-applied bug control measures more extensively. I was pleased with their response. A German roach issues arose, and they were quick to come out and analyze they type of roach and the treatment needed to eliminate them. Problem appears to be gone now, but is being checked on their quarterly visit to see that they don't return.
  
We have had Swat services for 20 years, inclusive of our termite control process. I would not have kept them had they not been customer focused, and done a job equivalent of what I thought was a good Value for the Service provided. They are competitively priced, from my other provider estimates I have received. I'm overall happy with their service.

We had a terrible ant problem that no one could seem to get rid of.  One call to SWAT and Jackie spent 30 minutes on the phone with my husband, detailing what they could do to help.  It took a couple of months, but they were able to eradicate the problem.  The office staff is wonderful, and they are extremely accommodating.

The service went very well. I have used the company in the past and they do great work. One technician came out and completed the job in about an hour or two. He was professional and friendly. He was great with the cleanup and I had no problem scheduling the service at all.

company had been recommended by neighbor. Roof replaced - installed very quickly within one day. Good coordination with insurance adjuster. Unfortunately we now have leak in roof causing damage to ceiling and basement. Initial response to our calls to company office were very slow. We finally were able to get their repair crew out to make repair after a two week wait.
Crew was very professional, courteous and their pricing seems competitive.

We had a persistent ant problem in our townhome. They appeared one spring and were all over the house, in every room, on both floors. At the time, we were using another pest control company that could not get the problem under control. We suffered for over two months before finding SWAT. Jackie spent 20 minutes on the phone with my husband discussing our options. They promised to stick with it until the problem was solved, and they did! It took some doing, but we did see a significant reduction after the first treatment. We have used them ever since!

I really, really like Swat Services and our technician, Chuck. He's practically a family member to us. If we're not home, he can actually go in by himself, if we need him to. He's very, very good. We have a regular spraying four times a year but we also ant problems and other problems and we've made a call to get Chuck out then, wherever he is. They go above and beyond the call of duty. We had a problem one time and he just told us exactly how to take care of it and didn't charge anything. We could have paid him to do it, but he was right there to say, "Do this, this and this." We did what he said and we got rid of the problem.

They have been great, dependable, and reasonably priced.

They are the kind of people whom you can call and ask them to do anything.  They handle several businesses.  The owner of the company Frank was wonderful to with and that was what stood out to me.  He is very flexible in terms of when the work can be done and scheduling the work with your schedule which was very helpful. The price what he gave was right on the spot.

They always do a good job. I have been a customer of theirs for at least 15 years. They come when I call them. They make a diagram of the house and I feel like they do a good inspection. The prices are okay as well.

Overall I was very disapointed.  I had listed to the owner,  Mr. Callaway.  He had promised me so much,  He's a very good talked.

I have had the same tech come out for the past 15 years.  They are family owned and don't have any turn over.

After being unhappy with a major national exterminator company for years, we decided to switch to a small local company like SWAT when we moved. We are very satisfied with the service so far. We have not had significant problems with insects and SWAT seems responsive and professional, and their prices reasonable.

I'm a fan of the company. SWAT is very accommodating, punctual and professional. They come out once a quarter for general pest and termite control. If we have any issues in the interim, they will come out (quickly) without charge to take care of them. We also used SWAT to control mosquitoes during the summer months. It really seemed to help. I don't know how affordable they are, as we didn't call anyone else to compare pricing. SWAT had the termite bond on our house when we bought it so we just kept using them. So far, I have no reason to change providers.

They are very responsive and I've had no problems with them. They've provided services for us since 1999.

Prior to closing on our home, SWAT had been hired by the Sellers to remedy what appeared to be a small water problem in the basement. Total bill was $300. Second week into the home, and I found water entering a room in our basement. Once that was stabilized, I called SWAT, as they'd done the work on this area prior to our purchase. Frank Callaway, the owner, came out, and was very helpful. He was apologetic and took full responsibility for the problem. He mobilized his team who came in, removed the framing, and sealed the foundation. Together with the drainage changes which I made on the outside of the home, we've stayed nice and dry. Frank also took responsibility for putting the room back together, including replacing the damaged flooring. His team came back out in April (we wanted to wait several months to ensure that this issue was resolved before finishing the room back out), and did a fantastic job. We'll use SWAT for our termite bond (our's is up in July) as well as some other home improvement projects which are on our list. The professionalism which Frank demonstrated (particularly, taking accountability for a repair which was more extensive than he'd originally billed for) was outstanding, and is sorely missing amongst many contractors. Nice job SWAT!

I have used them for twenty four years now, and will continue to use them right to the end. They are a very friendly company, and always answers any questions that I may have. The normal price is a bit higher, but I get a ten percent discount for signing a yearly contract.

I had been trying to spray myself for pests and was having a problem with spiders. When I started also having roaches, I called SWAT. Fred came out, and was right on time. He was courteous, put on booties to protect my floors and went right to work. I've had no problems with bugs since they started.
