Very professional. They did a terrific job! They moved the furniture and installed carpet throughout the entire house. I am so pleased with the carpet and the installation. Mick was terrific - helped me pick out carpet that was most reasonably priced but still what I liked. I can't say enough nice things about the whole experience. I definitely recommend using them!!!

While the actual work performed by the company was very good -- the company owner (Mick) and workers were very disrespectful in that they left the lights on in every room of my apartment unit everyday after work running up an unnecessary high electrical bill during the entire time they were permitted in the apartment for the repairs which took approximately 3 weeks.
The real kicker is that they damaged the electrical lines in the rooms that the floor was being repaired and the cost of the electrical repairs was over $600.00 which they refused to pay for. "collateral damage' the owner called it and refused to be responsible for because he 'gave me such a good price on the repair and saved me so much money"
One thing has nothing to do with the other and he was definitely not the cheapest quote I got -- I used this company based on a referral -- one thing I would not be able to do in good conscience.
So I filed a complaint with the BBB and he called to tell me that he is disappointed in my choice.

Mick's crew installed carpet on the upstairs level of our house and added a top coat to the hardwoods floors of the house we recently purchased. they had a limited amount of time for the installation between the time we closed on teh house and moved in. they finished on schedule and were wonderful to work with.

Experience was horrible. After they refinished the hardwoods, a huge stain appeared that was not there before. We had to struggle to get them to come to correct the problem. They even admitted that the stain was not there before the job. After much struggle it was corrected, but it put our other contract work way behind. In fact, we had to delay moving into our house because of this issue. They did not even complete all of the work and expected the full payment. In fact, the owner was upset that we didn't pay for work he didn't even complete - which was only $125 and clearly in the estimate. In addition, the carpet started to come off of the stairs shortly after the work. Owner promised several times to fix it but never came out. . They had a one year warranty and refused to come out and fix the carpet problems. He even berated my wife for not paying for the work that he didn't complete. We highly recommend avoiding this company. They are dishonest and difficult to deal with.

They were timely and completed the job perfectly. In addition to carpeting, I needed the house painted and got reliable leads from the company for this portion of the project.

He was fantastic. I was surprised they did the work here and didn t take it in. There was one man who came and he was extremely professional and polite. He was very clean and neat. After he left the company called and followed up to make sure I was satisfied and I thought that was very nice. I would highly recommend them they are outstanding.

THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL, IN CHOOSING WHICH CARPET TO PUT IN, AND THEY WERE PRETTY FLEXIBLE AS FAR AS SCHEDULING THE INSTALLATION. THEY WERE COORDINATING AND VERY FLEXIBLE. THEY DID IT ON TIME AND VERY QUICKLY.
