Gerry Kilgore came to our house, which we were renovating, designed the system and gave us a bid. He was awarded the job and did it in the same way he said he was going to do it. When our renovations were complete and the system was to be turned on, he came back to prime the pump and got the system working. A few months later the expansion tank off the water heater started leaking. I called Gerry and though it took him some time to find time for me, he did come back and replaced it without any hassles. He even came back one other time and installed a flow meter I wanted on the system. Though I was prepared to pay for the flow meter installation as it was not part of our original contract, he did it without charging me. We now save hundreds of dollars a year in lower electric bills and have already taken advantage of a $2000 Federal tax credit (not deduction). The system works better than we expected and we can't ask for more insofar as Suncatchers' service is concerned.
