The guest bathroom project - in 2006/2007 went so smoothly and the finished product looked so good I couldn't stand that my guest bathroom looked better than my master...
So 2008 saw me calling ADand B again to COMPLETELY redo my master bedroom, bathroom and closet. Again they were the most professional group I have ever had the privilege of working with - and I have had a lot of work done on my house over the years - it was built in 1975! From start to finish the job went smoothly and and in a timely manner. Dale was extremely open to all my design requests and he encouraged me to find the design elements that I liked so that the space would truly feel like it was mine. In the end I got exactly the master suite I wanted. Thank you Dale for being so wonderful to work with - and the crew was awesome too.
The communication notebook was a wonderful tool. If I didn't get a chance to see the crew on a given day - the notes were always there and I never felt left out of the loop. Because of this wonderful service, ADand B was the first place I called when I had a water line break in my laundry room and flood my basement. They came to my rescue and after remediation to dry everything out, they again helped me redesign my laundry room and basement. Dale was able to show me exactly how to maximize my basement space to incorporate a total living space including a kitchenette area and craft room. This companies design talents never cease to amaze me.
I am so grateful for finding ADand B that I am now trying to figure out when I can have them redo my kitchen!

The project went very well. ADand B came up with a very nice plan that fit our needs and budget. They brought in all the right support staff including plumbing and interior design experts to help us make a lot of the decisions. We are not great picking colors or granite types, but they really made it easy and fun! The process took about 10 weeks. We were hoping for a quicker turn around, but it lasted as long as they predicted. Our contractor Jamie was great to work with and extremely professional. He was great at dealing with any issues we had. In the end we got the perfect new bathroom!!!! We are very pleased.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE! WISH WE'D NEVER USED THEM!
From top to bottom, we could not have had a more miserable experience than we did with SunFun Remodeling d/b/s Atlanta Design & Build, Inc. We hired them to make major renovations and additions to our house, including a handicapped-accessible bed/bath suite. We?re disgusted at the work they did here and never want them to set foot on our property again.
We did our research, interviewed several companies, and ultimately trusted the sales pitch of Atlanta Design & Build, Inc. ? which turned out to be, in our opinion, just slick marketing and glossy advertising. We?re shocked & saddened to see that they continue to market themselves as superior design professionals and quality builders, and now have even disturbingly added some emphasis on Universal Design. We think that?s absolutely frightening.
