Description of Work: I rented 30 chairs and a 20' by 20' tent. They loaded and unloaded everything and were very friendly and helpful. Next time, I'll pay the extra money to have them bring everything and put up the tent. It would be money well spent.

 + -1 moreI felt that the problem was fixed and we were also happy with the amount that they charged. I just wished they could have done the job a little faster also.
Description of Work: They fixed my lawn mower by tuning it up and installing a new pull string. The job took 10 days.

 + -1 moreI requested a specific delivery timeframe because of availability of facility, and had asked for a 'warning' phone call about 30 minutes prior to the delivery. They called and said they were 5 minutes away, and I had to rush to meet them, and then they did not arrive. I called the contact number and worked with them through a number of phone calls, and the net of the situation is that the truck had bad directions, was quite far away, and I wasted 50 minutes waiting to meet the truck when I had other things to do to get ready for the party. The pickup was fine. I have used Suburban before for rentals and it usually has been a positive experience.
Description of Work: Rented tables and chairs to be used for neighborhood block party, and scheduled delivery on Friday afternoon and pickup on Saturday morning.
