I requested a specific delivery timeframe because of availability of facility, and had asked for a 'warning' phone call about 30 minutes prior to the delivery. They called and said they were 5 minutes away, and I had to rush to meet them, and then they did not arrive. I called the contact number and worked with them through a number of phone calls, and the net of the situation is that the truck had bad directions, was quite far away, and I wasted 50 minutes waiting to meet the truck when I had other things to do to get ready for the party. The pickup was fine. I have used Suburban before for rentals and it usually has been a positive experience.
