Brian from stone solutions was our contact and he was such a nice guy and great to work with. My wife and I both have busy schedules and the Stone Solutions warehouse is not convenient or close to the area we live or work. For this reason, Brian agreed to meet us on a Saturday when he was off and the warehouse was closed. We thought that was some great customer service. He walked us through the slabs and we found one my wife fell in love with. After our new cabinets were installed, the Stone Solution template team came and created templates for each counter surface. Then, they invited us back to the warehouse to pick exactly where the templates would be fitted to the slabs. This allowed my wife to select the veins within the granite she liked most of all to become part of her countertop. Within a week, they arrived at our home with the new countertops. After they finished, we only had one seam and it was not visible unless pointed out. From start to finish, Stone Solutions truly went out of their way to make us happy. They told us before the process started that their number one goal was to make us happy. They truly meant it! We could not have been happier. A++++++

I think they did really well. We did have some small problems, but they came out to fix things right away. There was another problem that I decided to just leave alone, but they were willing and accommodating and would have repaired it without charge. I would recommend them. I would recommend specifying how the sink should be; in fact, you might want to be there when they do the measurements.

This company has such a great selection of granite slabs it was difficult to make a decision which one to use. However they were very patient and helped me to make the right decision. I made an appointment for them to come out and make the template for the counters. Unfortunately due to problems with the cabinet installers I had to cancel the template 2 times. Both Walter and Michael were very understanding about this. The template was made and 7 days later I had beautiful countertops installed. The seams are invisible and the granite color matches my kitchen perfectly. I would highly recommend using this comany if you are looking for granite counters.

I picked Stone Solutions based on positive reviews from multiple sources, and I was not disappointed. The initial installation had a small flaw in the granite (not the company's fault-it was a naturally occurring color variation) that I wasn't totally happy with. Most companies would just walk away from that issue, but Stone Solutions stuck with me and reinstalled a new counter top at their cost so that I would be 100% satisfied. I was very impressed since this is an unusual commitment to service and customer satisfaction that is hard to find. I couldn't be any happier with my new countertops or with this company!

These guys were awesome. My contact was Larry Lewis and he is a great guy. I called the company and Larry Lewis came out the very next day. I had several neighbors who loved my cabinets.

I had looked at black granite at first but when I went to the stone yard, I decided to go with the exotic granite instead. It looks wonderful. They were less expensive than other places and worked in a timely manner, finishing the job in about a week. The cost was only $59 per square foot.
