SOUTHLAND CUSTOM HOMES

At this point my wife and I are not quite ready to take the next step toward building as we need to find suitable property to build on first. In just a short amount of time we requested the printed catalog of sample homes from Southland Custom Homes. We received an email from them within a few hours and the catalog came in the mail 2 days later. Although we are just starting to think of building as an option, the catalog has been a huge help. Their staff also gave us some suggestions for places our real estate agent could look for land if she was not already doing so. When we are ready they also have information for lenders they have worked with in the past. I am not worried about the financing part of the process especially since they have a existing working relationship with a few different lenders. In addition to the information stated above they have made it clear to me that we are welcome to visit some of their projects currently under construction as well as meet some of their past customers. They are definitely putting their money were their mouth is and we plan to take them up on this offer. I will write a full review if and when we find property, and use them to build our custom home.
