Everything was great from the initial phone call through the service.

Due to an addition which was not properly planned for, our home has always had cold and hot spots, a furnace which cycles on and off. It has also been very dusty. After getting an energy analysis, I understand better why -- many of our ducts were not properly installed and the whole system had an inadequate return of air to the hvac equipment. Our consultant recommended duct sealing followed by better attic insulation and encapsulation of our crawl space. We got three estimates, all about the same price, but prescribing different methods of resolving our problems. I was initially shocked at the price, but at this point, it seems reasonable for the time and effort involved. Will and his workers spend a total of four days under our floors and in our attic, completely replacing the ducts in the crawl space and essentially rebuilding the attic duct work. When they were finished, we could feel air movement from ducts in places where we formerly had very little. It is also notably quieter. Today's weather doesnt require much heating or cooling, but I look forward to the first day we need it. They arrived on time, were courteous throughout and took care to keep our home clean. The job had its share of surprises, but they did not complain.

They did a good job. Their work made a dramatic difference with the amount of mildew and smell in my home. My home now smells fresh and it feels drier. It also really helped with the items that I store down in the basement.
