I’ve been a loyal customer for a number of years. I’ve used their service for my electrical,plumbing, HVAC service. Recently I’ve paid over 9K for total recipient of my home. Last week upon returning from a vacation we realized that our main floor AC is out. My wife called and scheduled a service call Technician came out on Friday July 19th. He replaced a part, cost almost $900 and assured us that everything is fine. After he left AC unit stopped working. I called the next day the same tech. came back and informed me that the whole unit has to be replaced. Cost almost $6000. I agreed and he scheduled installation for Wednesday July 24th. Two guys came out in the afternoon, installed a new unit and assured us that everything is working fine. When they left, the new unit stopped working. My family has been without AC for 6 days. I am a retired person with a high blood pressure and a heart condition. When I called again not a word of apology. We are extremely disappointed with this kind of service especially since we’ve been very loyal to the company.

They quoted us a price of $4000. 

The toilet in the basement was stopping up so the guy comes out and he puts the snake down there and he cracks the toilet, so he says oh you need a new toilet. So we go out the Friday, it was black Friday and take out the toilet, he replaced the toilet, the toilet still stopped up. Well he's like you need $300 for us to check the camera outside. Come back in he says you need a new line to the sewer so it's gonna cost you $4000. We we're like stop the madness your done.

So all said I have no trust in Snappy. 

They show up. They're here in their uniforms in their truck.

I talked to the manager, he'd offer no concessions for the water damage and my husband talked to them about the snake line, oh we would have corrected it, so why do you chunk up my yard?

I did find them through Angie's List. We put in the two units, it's an older home, and I understand that. They put a very high powered air conditioner in the third floor attic, it leaked, and ruined the basement ceiling. They had to come back and repair it. They hadn't connected a pipe in between. I had to pay out of my pocket, $350 for the repairs. They fixed their problem at no charge, but I had to pay for the repairs. I got disgusted with the owner, because he forgot to connect this pipe. He did give me a better price. Everything is working and I had no problem with the air conditioner. The initial hit was hard, a week later I had gushing water coming out of my ceiling. I do have my service contract with them, so I will probably use them again.

It wasn’t as big as the deal as I thought. It ended up as fairly expensive. The work was professional. I can’t complain about the workmanship. The guy was hideous. I was disappointed that’s what needs to be done; he is at the top of me. The water heater wasn’t heating. It’s the first time I used them. It was kind of bad because the guy came out and did the work. He changed some part and it was a lot more than what I had anticipated. Then I found out that he didn’t resolve the problem and I ended up calling somebody else out to change the whole system.

Technician arrived on time, gave me the news that the service under the pre-paid amount collected through Angie's List would be rather limited.  Performed the actual investigation work in my garage in short order, made his way the the panel and flipped the circuit back on.  That was the extent of the visit.

The service went well and they did a good job. I had them work on the AC. They did exactly what the deal stated. We did have to have a part replaced but at a reasonable cost. We were not at the home for the service. I had no problem scheduling the deal at all.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They tried to sell me something that I didn't need. They did the work that was called for but they were a little bit more high pressure than I liked. It's no big deal. It is only high pressure in that they call me every few months to see if there is any service I need. They wanted to do an inspection on the sewer line that was several thousand dollars and I turned that down. The camera inspection was fine and I didn't pay any additional. They were good. I probably wouldn't use them again because I have other people that can do it better.
