Signature Place Apartments

They have flying roached and they bite. I never had asthma until I moved over there. I lived there for around 4 years. An ambulance used to come for me every couple or weeks because I couldn't breathe and that's when I had to move out. The washer and drier connection is non-existent. The sewage from the apartment below would just come up into my apartment. They would try to over charge your thousands of dollars to try to break your lease. The management they hired would go into peoples apartments when you weren't home. They will also run your credit reports illegal. They have rats. I have paper work from an inspector saying if they don't clean up the complex they will be shut down. They light and utilities bills are almost as much as the rent.
