While he seemed to be a nice guy at first, he held up construction by failing to show up and do necessary phases of his work. He had a tremendous amount of employee turnover and we had a hard time knowing who to call. He was non-responsive to phone calls and failed to come when he said he would. He collected all the money up front (stupid on our part) and was disrespectful in his treatment of us and our builder. The lights, music and phone system all failed to work when we moved in. He was slow to respond to calls. After two years of extremely poor service in fixing the mess he made, I threatened to sue him. He refused to give us the program for the system which was our property and still has yet to hand it over. Without that program, we had to pay to have another company make a program for us which was thousands of dollars. When I threatened to sue him, he sent me bills that I had never seen before and told me they were for things he had, in two years of dealing with each other, never mentioned to me, sent to me or even alluded to. It is my opinion he created these bills to have a defense when we did sue him. He seemed to know exactly what to do when threatened with a suit, which tells me it wasn't the first time.
