Furniture - Sales
Susan, the store manager, was extremely helpful in selecting the right patio furniture for us. The Marietta store had a huge selection of in-stock furniture, as well as hundreds of other custom-order options available. Susan educated us on all of the different types of furniture styles and materials. Susan even told us about all of the financing options available. We narrowed our choice down to in-stock, however we had to drive to the warehouse to pickup. Delivery was an option at $65, however next-day delivery was not available. Once we arrived at the warehouse in Norcross, Steve gave us info on how to best tie down the furniture for travel down the interstate. Overall, the experience was great. Seasonal Concepts' customer service was better than their competitors and really showed why they have been in business for so long.
