They are a good company for appliance service and repair.  They are always available.  They also have the biggest advertisement on the internet.  Sears is a place that I recognize and know.  I feel pretty good about them coming to my home and I trust them that they are going to fix things the first time.  It did work out for us.    

They are a little pricey but then it?s a company that I feel good about and trust.  

It was wonderful.  They fixed our fridge.  They gave us the option to pay a flat fee up front that ended up saving us quite a bit of money on the repair.  They were extremely flexible on the hours and the the technician was very knowledgeable and gave us instructions on how to maintain the fridge going forward so we wouldn't have a similar problem.  They made it very convenient for us to get some more services from them after that visit, we ended up getting some windows and some other stuff done as well.

Sears rep. came, showed me the different tiles until I was satisfied, negotiated a contract and a few days later I had a beautiful floor! Workers were top notch and  perfectionist so the floor is perfect and I love it!I will get them to do the bathrooms, too since I am so satisfied.

Repair person arrived, to repair a dryer under warranty, after two hours of looking at he machine he could not find the problem, so he ordered a whole bunch of parts to change on his return visit. I did not want all the parts changed so I called a different person who diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes, ordered one part and repaired it within an hour. I still have the sears parts at my house and do not know what to do with them, I have called them many times.

Sears has great service. Also the service person that came out did a good job. We have been very pleased with them.
