Ricky was friendly, efficient, and quick. He explained what was wrong and gave options (with recommendations) for service. I found him to be very honest and fair in his pricing.

I called Ricky to set up an appointment and just talking through it on the phone he advised me to first have GA power come test my problem. He was right and the power co fixed it. I appreciate the help and plan to use Ricky in the future.

Very well priced. Outstanding diagnostics. Able to identify issues with existing electrical setup and determine the best fix. Professional and courteous. Issues: Damaged my ceiling fan when re-installing the unit; removed sub-flooring but did not re-attached; damaged hardwood floors with attic ladder.
I think Gallman did a good job overall and I would probably use again because Ricky is a good electrician that is fairly priced, though I think Gallman would be well served to be more careful not to create damage that homeowners have to fix.

He was very friendly and cooperative. He didn't fix the bathroom light problems the first time, so I called him, and he came right back to fix it. He wasn't sure what he did to fix the fan, but he took it apart and put it back together. The overheating problem was then fixed, but then the light wouldn't work, and he fixed that on his second trip back, as well. He even called me later to make sure things were working.

Very well. Rick is very conscientious and skilled. He is a great troubleshooter. I often work as his helper on the jobs we employ him on ( I am a home inspector and this helps my professional skills). Able to do pretty much anything, he is very skilled and competent on the rewiring of older properties. He is able to work from a plan, or to just shoot from the hip and start working. He starts work early in the day and works until early afternoon. He is flexible in scheduling. His pricing is very reasonable.

He works very organized and cleaned up after each day. Was very nice and pleasant and very knowledgeable and very capable of doing the job he performed. It took him about a week to do the work we needed. He started doing the job by mapping out all circuits and doing the homework needed before he just ripped into the panel. It was an asset having him work for my company and I would do it all over again.

The electrician ran the cable from the tub to the ceiling and then to the opposite wall correctly, but he step over one of the fans in the bathroom and created a crack in the ceiling. Then, he cabled the controller wrong and did not tested. I had to later re-cable the controller because he could not come back during the next couple of days. I think he does ok work, but I would not be using him again.

I reviewed Angie's List for electricians and saw that Ricky had all A's. I called him, explained what was happening. He immediately coordinated a visit with my daughter and corrected all of the issues during the first visit. He even made a return visit when using one of the computers kicked a breaker. It was determined that it was the computer and not the outlet. Ricky did not charge me for that second visit which he very well could have justified. There was nothing wrong with his work He was great and I will definitely use Ricky again.

Great. He's a good guy. As a women, I found him very respectful, polite and knowledgeable. You can't ask much more. Highly recommend.

Great. Ricky was polite and professional.

He was punctual and hardworking. He was conscientious. He came back a second time because a fixture wasn't working properly, but it wasn't his fault.

He is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. He is a clear, logical thinker. He's very talented in his field. I would hire him again in a minute.

Ricky was dependable, and was very helpful in terms of communicating so that I understood what was going on throughout the process.
