Bryan and the Restoration 1 team were a pleasure to work with. I called them on a Friday evening with a water emergency and they came right over and worked quickly to make sure the damage was minimized and my ceiling was dried out as quickly as possible. They are very responsive, diligent, and thorough - I'd highly recommend them for any water remediation needs.

The job performance exceeded my expectations. Bryan was able to get to the project quickly. The work was done in less time than I expected. It took less than one day to complete. The area was cleaned up when the project was completed.

Bryan was out the same morning within hours of calling him to view the damage and what needed to be done (we had calls to a couple of others but never got a response.) That same day, Bryan and his crew had the equipment put in to start drying process. After the weekend, they came back out to complete their work including removing the portion of the ceiling and insulation that needed to be replaced. I was impressed with their professionalism. They always answered our calls promptly and made sure we were keep informed on the whole process. I would definitely recommend them.

Bryan was very accommodating with the time restraints that we were dealing with; everything had to be done within a 2-week window. He promptly came to evaluate our problem; we received his estimate in 2 days; and he began the work a few days later. He was vey thorough in the assessment of our problem. He took photos (which he also emailed us copies of) and in his written estimate he detailed the procedures he would follow to remove the mold hazard completely throughout our basement. He and Jake had to remove several moldy boards, baseboards and two walls. They moved all of this out of the basement and had it hauled off. Some of what he did in the deconstruction phase was more than what was visible at inspection before he got into the job; but he still did all the work at the same price as his estimate. We were extremely satisfied with the final result. They removed/killed all mold, deodorized the basement and cleaned all visible areas. It was a pleasure to have both Jake and Bryan taking care to this mess, not only because of their expertise, but also their friendliness and desire to please.

After a contractor spread silica dust (concrete dust) throughout my home and duct system while refinishing my basement floors, I had several remediation companies bid on cleaning the entire structure and contents of my home. Bryan was able to provide me with a quote that I could live with and his process for cleaning was on par with that of many of the more outrageously expensive companies. Over a period of three days, Bryan and his team cleaned our home leaving little to no silica dust behind. Keep in mind that silica dust is a microscopic dust particle that must be HEPA vacuumed and wet wiped. Every surface (wall, ceiling, floor) and content (furniture, decor, small trinkets, electronics) in our home was dealt with in this manner by Bryan and his team. All 2000+ sqft were cleaned and we were able to move back in to our home. I would recommend Bryan and Restoration 1 to anyone looking for a professional, honest, and -most importantly - thorough remediation service in the Atlanta area. This was my first time using Angie's List. And I'm SO glad I did. Bryan at Restoration 1 made the entire process amazing. From the quick response, to the estimate process, all the way through the removal. Very professional. Very quick. I ended up needing some drywall removed. And they left everything very clean. Couldn't be more impressed.

Bryan was quick to respond and brought out equipment within a few hours. He stayed in touch throughout the process of bringing in fans and dehumidifiers to dry our basement after a hot water heater leak. Very professional and friendly servicd. We would definitely hire again.

We contacted Restoration 1 as a potential provider to address mold in our house. After meeting with 3 different providers, we decided to go with Restoration1. Bryan Ligman the owner of Restoration 1 explained the entire process and provided all the information in detail. Bryan and his team was professional and was very responsive whether by phone, text, or email. Restoration 1 has an amazing network of service providers who all share Restoration 1 's level of professionalism. Every referral that I have contacted has been excellent. Bryan arrived on time for both the estimate and and the actual removal. The removal was done quickly and all mess cleaned up. Bryan also pointed out a potential issue with my current air filter where my HVAC provider had installed the incorrect size. Very pleased with the job done and with Bryan, would definitely hire again.

I am somewhat OCD in terms of cleanliness and have had awful experience with contractors. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Bryan is excellent. June 30th, we had an overflow situation from one of the sinks upstairs due to negligence by a cleaning company and it ended up between floors, coming through the lights, saturating the drywall ceiling. I called 3 remediation services and Bryan was the most knowledgeable and the most willing to come out. He showed up when he said he would and even called 30 minutes before he arrived. Bryan came in an assessed the situation, advised us of the best way to ensure that the ceiling and space between would dry out to prevent the formation of mold. He showed us the infrared images of water pooling above the ceiling and thoroughly explained the remediation process. Bryan prepped the area and was able to get his equipment set up with minimal fuss and mess. He said that he would come back Sunday to check the progress. When he returned the area of concern was still damp, so he recommended letting the equipment do the work for another 24 hours. Bryan returned Monday and was concerned that there was still some dampness. He recommended letting it sit for another 24 hours with the machines running. When Bryan returned on the 3rd he declared the are dry. He would not charge for the extra time and trips and the work was done to our satisfaction. I would recommend Bryan Ligman and Restoration 1 to anyone that has similar issues. Great service, great company.
