 + -1 moreMy computer was having numerous problems, it was slow, viruses, trojans...you name it. I made one call to them to find out that they offer unlimited support for only $25.00 a month. I was very surprised with the price because I know how expensive computer repair is. They did everything right over the computer, they have a technology that launches from their website and gave them control over everything on my computer. They fixed all the problems and the performance of my computer was instantly faster. I asked them: What if there is something that you have to be on-site to fix? They simply replied: "We also are partnered with a national company with thousands of technicians and we can even make same day visits to your home." AMAZING EXPERIENCE! USE THIS COMPANY!!
Description of Work: They remotely (from their office) connected to my computer and solved every problem my computer was having. It was only one low monthly fee to have UNLIMITED support for my PC any time I needed it, AMAZING. They boosted my computers speed and also told me if at any time I had a problem that could not be solved with their remote technology then they would send a technician to my house! Turns out they have thousands all across the country. It was a one stop shop, they fix anything and everything. Professional, thorough and friendly.
