THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK. HARDWOOD FLOOR WAS MORE DIFFICULT THAN THEY FIRST THOUGHT. THEY HAD TO TEAR OUT THE OLD GLUED FLOOR, WHICH TORE UP THE SUBFLOOR. THERE WAS ADDITIONAL COST AND TIME ASSOCIATED WITH THAT. FINAL PRODUCT IS GORGEOUS!
