 + -1 moreRed?s is AWESOME! I stopped by and spoke with Eron about how he could help me correct some areas that our local BMW body shop had left me with. He really spent a lot of time checking out the car and telling me what he suggested and why. The next week I had it done and he did an AWESOME job! He corrected the areas of concern and made the whole car look great! I also have bugged him with a lot of questions about what to use to clean and detail and he never acts like he doesn?t have time to help me. I can?t wait to take my husband?s vehicle next. So glad I was told about how good they were. I am very picky and Eron more than met my expectations!

 + -1 moreHe worked on the car for about twenty minutes, with some success but felt that he could not completely remove the marks. He then recommended someone to help us get the leather dyed. He didn't charge for his time or effort, was thoroughly professional and really helpful. His workshop is immaculate, he has numerous awards for his work, and I will definitely use him on all occasions in the future when I need a detailer.
Description of Work: We got permanent marker on the leather seats of our car. Spoke to Eron on the phone, and he suggested we bring it in to see if he could remove the marks, although he made no promises. If he could remove a test spot, he would schedule a full interior service.

 + -1 moreThe interior of our car developed a terrible odor, after leaving it in airport long-term parking. Unable to eradicate the smell ourselves, we researched car detailing companies to do the job. Red's came highly recommended, and we could see why. Owner Eron Knox and his associate, Andy, were determined to get to the source of the smell, and they succeeded. (No, it wasn't a dead animal.) We were prepared to spend a fair amount of money to get things right, but Eron discouraged us from doing so, suggesting we only clean the car mats. We also asked that they wash the car. They did a fabulous job! There are plenty of detail shops closer to us than Red's, but I don't mind traveling a bit further to deal with honest, detail-conscious professionals who offer a real 'bang for the buck.' Give them a try, and see for yourself!
