Very poor work

Stay as far as you can. Crappy work. My new home was plumbed by Randall lowe Plumbing. # pulte homes# . Water leaking under the floor by kitchen sink. Had to tear up the cabinet floor to locate the leak and the plumber was in disbelief on how it was plumbed. Terrible job, take short cut to save a few bucks and wont stand behind their work.

He did it very efficiently and effective that day; we haven't had any problems. They were very good. They have a two year system warranty. He came in and did his work. He's courteous and left. I appreciated that very much.

Job was done on time and very quickly. Technichian was very informative and did great job.

We received a recommendation for Randal Lowe from a contractor friend and they came out quickly and gave us an unbelievable price on re-plumbing our entire historic house.

However, as soon as we excepted the bid we no longer dealt with the nice guys that had done the inspection but rather non-english speaking laborers (which I guess is common) and it was very frustrating as it seemed they did not understand the job.

We had 3 call backs right away because feed lines were put in backwards, and a year later we have had 4 more call backs to fix waste lines that were put in wrong.

In fact the main bathroom waste line was put in backwards, and quot;fixedand quot; on the first call back, and then we called again only to find that it was made better but not fixed and we had to have them and quot;fixand quot; their own work for the 3rd time and it still doesn't work.

We will NEVER HIRE this company again and would have paid double to have the job done right the first time and not have to plunge our toilet 3 times a week just to get it to flush.
