Carpet Installation
I was told that the carpet would be installed 72 hours after payment. I paid on June 26, 2006. I was told that a representative from Romanoff would call me to schedule the installation. No one called so on the evening of June 29 I contacted Home Depot to enquire about the installation. They called Romanoff and found out that Romanoff was ''overbooked'' and would not be able to do the install within 72 hours. They said the next available slot would be July 5, 2006. On June 30, Romanoff contacted Home Depot who then contacted me to say that they had a last minute cancellation and would be able to install the carpet. The Romanoff workmen arrived in the mid-afternoon on June 30 to install the carpet.
