We bought replacement value insurance to protect us against damage during the move. The movers negligently damaged the refrigerator beyond repair. It took us 8 months to get Trevor to file the claim with Progressive Insurance company. Progressive paid immediately but informed us Trevor had a $1,000 deductible which was his responsibility to pay us. Trevor has repeatedly promised to pay but has recently stopped taking our phone calls. Online reviews, (Kudzu) indicate that this is standard practice with Trevor. The man does not honor contracts and his word is worthless. To make matters worse, his movers stole from us during the move. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

The packing part was fine but they did do some damage on the house. And, it was a little difficult for us to get them to give us some money for repairing the wall and ceiling.

They were great and did everything that they said they would. The price stayed the same and didn't raise during move.

Professional Packing & Movers offered a very fair price and treated our belongings with great care. They did do some damage in trying to get our grand piano in, but they were very good about reimbursing us for the repair. They were on time and very personable workers.
