Due to the complexity of my case the loan process took longer than normal. I was impressed that the prime mortgage crew never game up on me even when things appeared bleak. They were passionate and deliberate about closing the loan. They never gave up like other companies would have after several attempts. For that, I am forever grateful.

I got a pre approval for 200k. when i found the house (177k) i was told 4 days before move in that i wasnt approved due to insufficient income. I lost my escrow money (2k) and me and my family have to pay overpriced rent at the last minute. i got my denial letter which said iwasnt approved due to my credit score, not having enough for closing costs and other things which were completely false. If that was the case then i would have never been pre approved. They are complete liars and will never recommend anyone to them. Wasted me and my family's time and hard earned money. Stay away from this loan officer.

Christopher Stewart and his team were great to work with. They were professional and made sure I understood the process and requirements constantly. I would highly recommend this mortgage broker if you are buying a home.
