The technician who came out was friendly, professional, and skilled. My only complaint is that his partner had car trouble and didn't join him, so my installation took about 7-8 hours instead of the 5-6 I was promised. Not a big deal, but it did increase my stress level slightly to have it take so long.
When the tech and I discovered Chris had underestimated the number of windows that needed new wireless sensors, I called Chris to see what could be done. He honored his original quote and did not charge me for the extra sensor. He also gave me a great rate on adding the wireless sensors since he was able to use the hardware in the window frame from the previous wireless sensors.
