Candice and her team are amazing. Candice is friendly and incredibly responsive. The tech was punctual. The work was amazing. They reglazed a shower and a bathtub (in separate bathrooms) for me, and both look brand new. I couldn't believe how beautiful they were. I would definitely hire Porcelain Innovations again and recommend them.

Glen showed up at 7:30 and worked hard, and was very considerate. Called right away. Did a fabulous job. Cleaned up after everything. Highly suggested.

Candace called me right after I submitted a request on line. She was awesome and we set up a time when she called. Jeremy resurfaced my bathtub. He was on time and finished earlier than I expected. Very neat clean up. The tub was a mess and now looks amazing.

Porcelain Innovations was on time, professional and knowledgeable. They are experienced and knew right away how to fix the issue with my peeling bathtub. The care instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a bathtub renovation. EDIT: 8/23/2018 - I had some minor, minor cracks in the surface which may have been user error with shampoo falling, etc. It's not bothersome at all, but what I didn't want was it to begin peeling again and require an entire resurfacing. I gave Porcelain Innovations a call and the next day they had someone on site who gave each a touch up, all at no charge, no questions asked. These guys really stand behind their work, and I would recommend 100x over.

Porcelain Innovations knew exactly what was needed to fix the leaky shower stall and they did a great job with the new tile. We had to wait about 3 weeks to get the job done as their tile guy was very busy, but he did a great job.

I am curious as to how well it will hold up. They were prompt, courteous and finished before I expected. The smell was a little strong, which was expected, so if you are sensitive to smells, you might want to rent a room for a couple of nights. The finish has to season for 48 hours, which meant I needed to clean-up and put the fixtures back on, which I was not expecting. Not being the most coordinated person, I did not manage to put them back on correctly, but they were nice enough to stop by the next time they were in the area to fix my goofs. They were a pleasure to work with.

On time, quality work

We got our 35 year old builder grade bathtub resurfaced because it had become damaged at the drain and leaked through to the downstairs. Not only did he resurface the inside, outside, and caulk, but also did a repair around the chipped drain. The outcome was excellent. It looks like a brand new tub.
