 + 0 moreJeff was excellent in coming out in a timely manner and giving me a through and accurate estimate. Even though he ran into some unforeseen difficulties, Jeff did not raise his price off this initial estimate. Although, he ran into some problems with his workers which made the project take longer than originally quoted, but it all worked out in the end, and the deck perfectly suits my needs.
Description of Work: Jeff built a third story deck onto my house. The deck is approximately 18 feet off the ground and measures 10x16ft. Also, he installed a French door to the deck where it used to be a brick and concrete wall. Jeff not only made the deck structurally sound but put the time and effort to make sure it has aesthetic appeal as well.
