From start to finish a great experience. Answered my questions over the phone and took my order. Day of delivery offered to call me when they were on their way so I didn't have to sit home. When they arrived there was a horrible thunderstorm and they waited it out for 30 minutes and then did the install. 4 man crew and they did a great job

Called and was given a price over the phone, paid over the phone and bales were delivered (neatly stacked in our driveway) the next morning - couldn't have been nicer or easier! I don't know much about straw - I do know this was and quot;longand quot; straw, but it seemed like good quality.
