RESPONDED QUICKLY AND WAS POLITE, BUT EITHER DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING OR JUST WANTED TO MAKE IT WORTH HIS WHILE TO COME OUT. VERY UNHAPPY WITH EITHER SITUATION.
