Property Appraisal
The property appraisal was scheduled and performed in a very timely manner. The appraiser provided a property report that was easy to understand with definitions of real estate terms to allow the reader to have a complete understanding of the report findings. The report included photos of the property, a simple floor plan, area calculations, a location map, and a comparison study of three similar properties that have had recent sales. The property value was determined through a sales comparison approach and a cost approach. Overall, the service was professional and did not delay or disrupt any concurrent business schedules or closing dates.
