We were very satisfied with all aspects of the work - from estimate to completion. The crew doing the work was timely, responsive, and neat. All issues were addressed. The project was completed on schedule and within budget.

Matt was incredibly prompt and professional. He quoted me the same day I placed and inquiry to him; when I gave him the job he was out the next day. He was very clean and incredibly thourough, the sealing he did was great.

There were issues and challenges, but Matt, the owner and his wife worked really hard to take care of them and we were really pleased with how they responded and how the job turned out in the end. Overall, we got a really good paint job.

Good experience start to finish. Matt scheduled an appointment to provide an estimate and was prompt in providing a very competitive price. Started when he said he would. There was no complaint by them or extra charge for some minor touch up work they did without question when the neighbors dog got into the apartment and messed up the paint. The quality of the finished work was excellent.

Before the exterior project began, Matt (owner) came by to look at the extent of work we needed done. He also helped with getting the correct (closest) color paint to match the current color. Matt and his team were very thorough and efficient.

Matt came to our home and gave us an estimate within 24 hours. He and his crew showed up about two weeks later on the date agreed upon and began work. His crew was very friendly and courteous. Matt was on the job, and that was very assuring that the job was being done properly. After three days working the job was done. It looks beautiful! Our home looks brand new. We cant thank Matt and the CRSI guys enough. Job well done.

Matt returned my initial call right away and set up an appointment to give me an estimate of the cost. He arrived on time, was neat and professional in appearance and did a thorough inspection of the unit. His estimate included a detailed explanation of the job process and time frame for completion. His was was first appointment and I planned to get other estimates. He did not get upset when I explained my plans but very nicely left the estimate and said he would follow up. I did end up choosing his company to do the work. The crew was punctual and courteous, did a great job each day and left the place orderly and clean. Im very picky when it comes to painting and these guys were great. They did not take shortcuts in the prep work and there wasnt any paint where there wasnt supposed to be. No smudges on the trim, ceiling or electrical outlets. They did a top notch job!

Wonderful. First of all the ceiling in VERY HIGH, but was not a problem to them. The painters were very careful to block off foyer from the rest of the house and to cover all furniture. There was not a spot of dust or paint where it should not have been. They cleaned up after each day's work and moved their supplies out of the way. These people are very courteous and Matt, the owner, came by often to check on the job. They take great pride in their work and I know their desire was for me to be happy with the job...which I was.

The quality of work was great. Matt took his time to match up the paint color, and they made the gates look brand new!

I have used this company before, and I was surprised when I asked them to paint my new vacation home by Lake Oconee, and they came back with a very competitive price, even though the house was 2 hours away!

I own a custom home and I was delighted at the quality of work and the professionalism of their staff. The workers were very careful moving and covering our furniture, and the cleaned up after themselves. They were also very good about cutting in, there was not a drop of paint on any of the trim!

Two men were at my home for one week. They were cordial, and at least one spoke English. They were neat and cleaned up every evening. They arrived at 7:30 to 8:00 every morning and left everyday between 5:00 to 5:30. I would use this company again and again. They were referred to me by my Interior Design neighbor.
