PERIMETER POOL SERVICE

Called on Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for Thursday afternoon. Bob called Thursday afternoon and explained that he was swamped and would not be able to make the appointment. We rescheduled for Friday afternoon and he called me to confirm and we met at our house. He went over the use of all the included equipment, explained how the chemicals worked, recommended we purchase a test kit, since we were not interested in taking a water sample up to a pool company every time we needed to monitor and mentioned a pool store near our house for future purchases. He did not try to pressure us into using his company for future supplies or services. He listened to our questions and gave us his advice, specifically about the possibility of converting our pool to a saline chlorine generator. (He said we didn't need to, everything seemed fine with how our pool is being maintained now, but my wife prefers the feel of the saline pool water, it's easier on her contacts, he said whenever we wanted to convert, he could set it up for us.)

This guy is really good! He is excellent. The detail of the work is always 100% and he is never late. He never leaves a mess and makes sure to answer all of my questions. The pool always looks great and the price is good too. I pay monthly.

Bob arrived at our location at the time he had promised. He took measurements and gave us a comprehensive estimate. He left us with some brochures detailing available colors and styles. We didn't make our decision to use PPS that day and did not get any pressure from Bob to close the deal. After getting other estimates we decided to go with PPS. The liner was installed in the time frame promised and was done in one day. The installation crew was polite and professional. Fortunately, we didn't need any substantial repair work and what little was needed was covered under our original agreement. We are very satisfied with the results and would not hesitate to recommend PPS to anyone needing service on their pool.

Bob did a great job. He gave us a quote to install the new liner. When he ended up having to do more work, he stuck to the orginal quoted price instead of making us pay more. The same thing went for when he installed our new pump. It is very rare to find someone not trying to rip you off.
