I just had 13 trees cut down and removed from my property by Paul Bunyan's Tree Experts. The guys did a great job and the cost was very reasonable. They took down 6 very, very tall trees and 7 medium-sized trees and ground the 3 stumps our in front. Steve, the tree-climber, was fearless! I'm very impressed with the great work they did and the wonderful price they charged. I would have cut down those trees long ago if I realized it wasn't going to cost a fortune!

The estimate was competitive compared to couple of others I had. When he walked through the yard he gave good feedback of what needed to be done. He gave feedback on the trees around the yard, explained me so comfortable and I just felt he was trying to get as much as work as possible.

Arrived on time, price as agreed upon and work completed as promised on time.  Excellent experience will be using again.

On 4/13/13, we had a 70ft tree fall over crushing our deck and partially landing on the roof of our house.  Based on the way the tree fell, the actual tree was holding up the deck and keeping it from totally detaching from our house.  This happened at 6:30AM.  I got on Angie's List and called Paul Bunyan.  They answered the call immediately.  I explained the problem, and they said they would have someone come out to the house to assess the damage as soon as it was light.  And they did.  Someone showed up about 40 minutes later.  After looking at the damage, they said they would be back in about 90 minutes or so with a crew and the proper equipment.  And they returned again right when they said they would.  They had a full crew with them to cut the tree and a crane to lift the tree out as it was cut.  It took them most of the day to complete the work, but they got the tree removed and hauled away by the end of the day.  There is nothing that could've made this day good, but their responsiveness was awesome.

  I had a tree fall on my rental home , I also wanted another potentially problematic pine removed as well. I call Paul for a estimate in which he showed on time  for. He showed the next day at appointed time, Crane, bob cat , stump grinder, wood chipper into trailer.
4 hours later, 2 large trees were removed, with little evidence they were ever there. Left area clean with no debri. This company is professional and knowledgable- I will use them again! A+

The service was performed completely to our satisfaction. The tree were cut down and removed with almost no evidence of the work done. The large pine was in the middle of substantial plantings and not a single leaf or branch was disturbed. We couldn't be more satisfied with the service. We will definitely use them again.

They were great. I came to know about them through a friend. I have had trees taken out before and they were by far the best tree service company that I have ever used. They had Workers’ Compensation and General Liability Insurance which most of the tree companies I called didn’t have. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The job went excellent. I have used other services before, this company will be the only tree service I will use going forward.
