NORTHWEST EXTERMINATING - East Cobb service center

During an inspection while purchasing our home, an active termite infestation was found. The previous owners had Northwest fix the termite damage and install a Sentricon bait system. After we purchased the house, I called Northwest to transfer the warranty and have the system and house inspected to ensure there was no new damage. I was told that I would have to pay for another year's renewal in order to have someone inspect the property. When I explained that I wanted to see if the system was working before renewing, and that the previous payment should cover inspection since we were within the 1-year time period, I was told again that they would not inspect without renewal. I ended up purchasing a new termite bond with another company, and Northwest decided to come to our house and walk around our property collecting the old Sentricon bait system without advance notice or permission to be on our property. I have no issue with the Sentricon system, but I would suggest purchasing it with another company.

We inherit Northwest from the previous owner of a house we bought.
We found an active colony and some termite caused damage 2 months ago, a tech came and treated the activity and look at the damages but told me that the branch manager was the one in charge of the damage/repair assessment and what if any part of it was cover by the warranty, so right in front of me the young man called his manager and told him/her about it, he then hang up the phone and said that someone from the office (East Cobb office) will call me on that week to make an appointment for the "manager" to come to the house. 3 weeks went by and I received no call, so I called and complaint to the lady on the phone about the way they were handling my claim; she assured me that the so called manager would call me. 2 more weeks went by and still no call.
So I called and talk to the same lady again, I told her we will not longer hire there services and asked her to please come and retrieve  their bait stations, she said that my account was cancelled but the "manager" would call me to confirm the cancelation.
Today, a month after the cancelation as expected the manager has not call, the bait stations which had to be removed by the new company I hired are in a box outside my garage for northwest to come and get,  and on top of everything I get an invoice for the quarter that was supposed to began last month?
The level of unprofessionalism of this people and the loosely called  manager is beyond unacceptable. Not only the customer service is nonexistent, but their business integrity is lacking when the amount I paid is for the service and repair warranty package but they  obviously don't want to honor the "repair" part of it.

For what they came and did the price was very reasonable. Jim Brown was very helpful in answering all of my questions and managing the project. The best thing about his service is he let me know if I hadn't received the treatment our termite damage warranty would have been void.

They did a good job. I would use them again.
