Northwest Exterminating - Corporate Office

I am about an 18 year customer with them for the termite bond on my house. Paid invoice April first. They get the check a week later. June 12 now and STILL no service. 10 weeks later but boy it did not take them that long to cash the check. There is no excuse for this. I do not recommend them nor will I renew next year with them.

Their treatments have been very effective. We have not had any problems and we would definitely recommend them.

They are really good.  They come out and retreat whenever you want them to.  They are "A" all across the board.  We have  the same guy come out and he's great.  We will use them again.  The technician is very personable and answers questions in a professional manner.  They will treat different areas of your house if you ask them to.

They were great. I highly recommend them. I was out of town, and they coordinated everything perfectly in my absence. The customer service was outstanding.

I used Northwest for about 2 years, but the mosquito service for only 1 season. I did not renew it because it did not work. The technicians that came always did good work.
I stopped using them solely on the basis of the unsatisfactory experiences of dealing with the billing department. The only payment option offered was to give them my credit card number and have them charge it every month. They failed to adequately address my security concerns with this. The when I the total amount of charges for 2014 did not match what my agreement added up to I inquired for a breakdown of the charges. Nobody ever got back to me with an answer.

They did a great job; there was a bit of a snafu on the scheduling and follow-ups; evidently they had a new employee manning the scheduling, and she was still learning what to do.  Once I let my rep know the problem he was on it immediately, and scheduling was smooth sailing from then on.  The did a complete and professional job for both projects. 
I feel the price was a bit high on the extermination project, especially for the time spent and the length of warranty.  If they feel they are doing an outstanding job on plugging all the ingresses and ridding your house of vermin, then a 3 to 5 year warranty would be more realistic - what they offer is a 1-yr warranty.

We love Northwest.  They are always courteous and prompt.  They call in advance of arriving and let you know when they are coming.  The service we have is pretty inclusive and if we see a pest, we can call and they will come and provide targeted protection.  We have been very very happy with Northwest and recommend them to all of our neighbors!

The staff were amazing! The service rep I worked with was able to fit me in same-day. He removed three dead critters from under our house and provided recommendations for how we could better secure our crawlspace and attic against unwanted guests in the future.

Good job, ontime, no more bugs

We used Northwest for years, and didn't have an issue until we had a persistent ant problem emerge. Even with repeated visits, Northwest was unable to control the issue. When we lodged a complaint, the manager insisted that they needed to come pull back plumbing fixtures and get into the walls in order to treat. We ended up trying another company, and they had the problem under control in short order, all without any invasive treatments.

We had Northwest Pest control at our last house and called them right away when we moved into our new home. They sprayed inside and out to control pests and to prevent problems. You always see a few more bugs when they first spray. i think that it brings bugs out of hiding but then you almost never see anything. If there is a problem, they have always come right out to take care of it. The office staff is great and trys to get someone out to you within a day. The price is a little higher than some but the spray is all kid and pet safe plus enviromentally safe. It is also worth the price to have trustworthy people walking into your house. They are all professionals and will happily teach you all about pests and how to minimize any problems. We are on a regular contract with them.

I'm very pleased with it. Since I wouldn't be at the home that the work needed to be done at, I needed someone who could communicate with the person that was there versus always contacting me. The individual I talked to was very thorough and patient and took his time to explain the different packages to me.

The guys are nice. They come out to work on my moles in the backyard. I like them. They are a little expensive but they really take care of the problem. I think they could improve on their punctuality, call when they are coming, and that sort of thing.

They are a great company and they came out on time for the short regular visits. They will come out for short additional visits if we need them. We have had no problem with pests. I will continue to use them. They are cheaper than the other companies I checked.
